The Holyoke Sox Are Blue

Barry Wadsworth, COO of the Wadsworth Sports Group, and GM of the team, Confirmed today that Holyoke's new NECBL franchise will be called the Holyoke Blue Sox.

Responding by email Barry stated that, After negotiations with MLB who is a partner with the NECBL and partially fund the Holyoke Blue Sox. We have agreed to call our team the Blue Sox. We could have kept the name Sox but with restrictions. Barry seems very happy with the agreement, Our relationship with MLB is stronger than ever.
