Today, I got nothin.
This made me think about all the stuff I can't write about. Confidential stuff, like future business plans for Holyoke. Like Brendan Ciecko's plans for the Crafts building. I don't think he will mind me mentioning him. A little birdie told me that he likes my blog. I can't mention any details of Brendan's plans, because it's confidential.
I wish I knew Eric Suher's plans for mountain park, confidentially of coarse. Talk about tight lipped. Even confidentially I don't know Eric's plans. So don't ask me!
But there are many other things I hear about, not just business plans. Holyoke is full of stories that are never told.
When I think of all the things...... but that's confidential.

Perhaps we could convince Brendan to tell us in the comments what his plans are!
I just emailed this post to Brendan. He might get back to us, but I wouldn't blame him for keeping a low profile.
Something I should have added to my post is that about one in twenty business plans I hear about ever come to anything, so people don't like to publicize their plans until they are certain its a go.
very good point. I was excited when I heard about his purchase. He leads by example.
Any news on Eric Suher's other Hoyloke purchase, the old Die Cut Card building on Dwight Street?
Die Cut Card was to become Condos, but I can't imagine developing new condos in the current market -- don't think any of this is a secret.
